Edith Collier Drive Subdivision

Formerly a 2.5 Hectare parcel of land that has now been transformed into 35 individual LOTs through a subdivision process completed in 2011. This project required us to managed and execute the entire subdivision process, including planning and obtaining consents for the initial subdivision works as well as designing and obtaining building consents for the houses. This involved extensive consultation with planners, engineers, surveyors, and other specialist consultants.

Once all permits were issued, Devon Homes were responsible for the coordination and installation of all new civil infrastructure, conducting bulk earthworks and ground improvement, and implementing retaining wall systems and roading. The LOTs in the subdivision range from 400 to 800 square meters in size, offering a diverse range of land parcels which were populated with a variety of house and land packages.
